A pathway of continuous improvement

IFM Infomaster has always been committed to a process of continuous organisational improvement aimed at defining and optimising production flows and corporate functions. In January 2000, IFM Infomaster commenced implementing its own quality management system, aiming at achieving its certification of compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001 standard.

The international standards in the UNI EN ISO 9000 series are a valid tool for the corporate organisation and - to date - provide a range of tools and suggestions for process analyses and management. In particular, the adoption and maintenance of a Quality System: 


Ensures that all activities connected to providing the product/service are monitored


Monitors and analyses the causes of anomalies regarding the process, product/service or Quality System as a whole


Offers corrective, preventive and improvement solutions when faced with detected or detectable anomalies in a Risk Management logic


Monitors the productive process from the design phase to Customer Care so as to optimise resource utilisation and maximize Customer Satisfaction


IFM Infomaster ha ottenuto l'attestazione di compliance allo standard PCI DSS Version 3.2.1 in qualità di Service Provider da un QSA (Qualified Security Assessor) riconosciuto dal PCI Security Standards Council.
Sviluppato dalle principali società emittenti di carte di credito, ossia American Express, Discover, JCB, Mastercard e Visa, lo standard PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) stabilisce le misure atte a garantire la protezione dei dati e i processi di sicurezza coerenti con le transazioni finanziarie. La compliance allo standard PCI DSS è un requisito per tutti gli operatori che trattano dati di carta di credito.
