A pathway of continuous improvement

IFM Infomaster has always been committed to a process of continuous organisational improvement aimed at defining and optimising production flows and corporate functions. In January 2000, IFM Infomaster commenced implementing its own quality management system, aiming at achieving its certification of compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001 standard.

The international standards in the UNI EN ISO 9000 series are a valid tool for the corporate organisation and - to date - provide a range of tools and suggestions for process analyses and management. In particular, the adoption and maintenance of a Quality System:
